Gyergyószentmiklós - photo guide
The largest settlement of the Gyergyó
basin located at its eastern tip. This is the last Szekely town
to the east in the ditection of the historical border. The road
to the Gyilkos Lake (Killer Lake) and to the Bekas Pass stems
here and the winter is most severe in all Transylvania. Winter
guarantees snow is in the surrounding mountains and the summer
hides a genuine basket-maker hermit.
